EmuTel NBN engineers will be conducting maintenance on the NBN network in the Coffs Harbour area. This maintenance is to ensure the reliability and durability of the EmuTel NBN network.

Between the maintenance hours, your NBN service may drop out. If this does happen, your NBN is expected to be back up and running by 4am. If after this time your NBN is still down, please reboot all your NBN equipment (do not reset) and allow 15 minutes for them to reconnection. If after this time your NBN is still down, please contact us on 1800 368 835 so we can assist.
