Our network engineers have identified the cause of the outage and have implemented a resolution. We are seeing affected services come back online.

We are currently monitoring for further problems. If your internet is down, please power your modem and NBN box (if applicable) off and back on again, and wait 15 minutes for the connection to come back up. We have been made aware of an outage that is affecting both NBN and Business Fibre internet services. It began at around 9:00 PM tonight and is currently ongoing.

Our network engineers are working on this as a matter of urgency. Please your equipment plugged in and powered on to allow for testing.
