NBN has advised that they have resolved the outage in the Griffith/MIA area, and that service should be restored to all NBN customers in that area.

If your NBN is still down, could you please reboot your NBN equipment by turning off the power to it, count to 5, then power it back on. Please DO NOT reset any of your equipment. It can take up to 15 minutes for your devices to reboot and reconnect.

If after doing this, your NBN is still down, please contact us on 1800 368 835 for further troubleshooting.

NBN has advised us that their network is currently experiencing an unexpected outage in the Griffith/MIA area.

NBN engineers are currently working on resolving this issue, however no ETA has been provided at this time. We recommend that you leave your NBN equipment plugged in and switched on as your connection may come back up automatically when NBN resolve the issue. Please do not reset your NBN equipment.
