Inbound and outbound calls failing to connect

Good afternoon,

At 12:20 PM, our engineers were made aware of an issue preventing inbound and outbound calls from connecting.

This outage was caused by an upstream issue within the PBX backend. As of 12:35 PM, the issue has been resolved.
