We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have been advised by our upstream engineers that there is an unplanned service outage to the NBN Grafton POI, which started at approximately 08:20 AEDT. Our upstream engineers are working with backhaul provider to have this service restored. No ETR at this time.
This appears to only be affecting a small number of customers at this stage, thanks in advance for your understanding. If you are affected, please give us a call on 1800368835 and we can arrange a divert for your phones if required.
