Our upstream engineers have identified an issue affecting customer services across a number of NBN POIs in NSW & ACT and will be performing emergency maintenance on core network infrastructure to rectify.

The maintenance window will be: 5/03/22, 02:00 – 05:00 AEDT.

During the works window, a service interruption of up to 30 minutes is anticipated.
