NBN has advised us that their engineers will be conducting a hardware upgrade on the Satellite network between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM on Saturday November 26, 2022.

During this time, you will be unable to connect to the NBN network.

At the end of the scheduled maintenance, service should automatically restore itself.

If your service does not automatically reconnect, please reboot (do NOT reset) your NBN equipment, and allow for 15 minutes for the equipment to reboot and reconnect. If after this you are still having issues, please contact us on 1800 368 835.
