Upstream engineers have resolved the issue at circa 15:35 AEST. Restoration has been confirmed with multiple users.

If you still do not have any internet access, please power your NBN equipment (modem and NBN box if applicable) off then back on again and wait 15 minutes. If you still do not have any internet access, please call our support team on 1800 368 835, option 3 for support, or email support@emutel.com.au.

There is currently an NBN outage in the Victorian region that is affecting customer ability to access the Internet.

Engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible, there is no ETA at this time.

Please leave your NBN equipment on, as once the fault is cleared service may automatically restore.
