If you are still experiencing any issues, please reboot your phones by unplugging the power supply, count to 5, then plug back in. If after this reboot you are still having any issues, please call support on 1800 368 835/

Good afternoon.

There is currently an outage affecting inbound and outbound calls on the EmuTel network. Attempts to call out seem to hang, and inbound calls do not come through.

Our engineers are currently working on a solution, once we have more updates we will be in touch.
