NBN will be performing an upgrade to software on the Satellite network on Wednesday 8th February from midnight to 6am. During this overnight activity, you will temporarily be unable to connect to the NBN network. Once the maintenance is complete, your connection to the NBN should retore automatically.

If it does not, please reboot (please do NOT reset) your NBN equipment by powering the equipment off then on again. It can take up to 15 minutes for your equipment to reboot and reconnect to the Internet.
