Telstra will be conducting maintenance on the wholesale mobile network. During this time the following services will be impacted:

  1. Threshold SMS and E-mail Notifications will experience delays of up to 6 hours.
  2. End users will be unable to manage the listed below functions: Mobile Number Portability. Contract Activation, Suspension and Deactivation. Balance Inquiry. Balance adjustments. Retrieval of contract, balance and usage history. Provisioning of Network Services and Products. Change of MSISDN and SIM. Change of Call forwarding, VoLTE, 5G etc.
  3. Customer in passive state or inactive recharging their account will see their unbarring after delay. 4 . ACMA roaming notifications advising end users of charge rates may be delayed by up to 6 hours.
