There will be maintenance conducted on the EmuTel NBN network Sunday June 25 between 5:30am and 6:30am. During this time, you will not be able to access the NBN network.
Please leave your equipment powered on, as after the maintenance window service should be restored automatically.
If after the maintenance window your service is still down, please reboot (do NOT reset) all your NBN equipment by power cycling (turning off and on) for 15 seconds. Allow up to 15 minutes for your devices to reboot and reconnect to the EmuTel NBN network.
If after this time your service is still down, please reach out to us on 1800 368 835, or via ticket on your mobile device support@emutel.com.au
