NBN wholesalers will be performing software upgrades to their networking equipment hardware, as part of their ongoing routine maintenance to implement vendor recommended software updates for security and reliability.

During the maintenance window, there will be two outages of 20 minutes, where you will not be able to connect to the NBN network. Your NBN connection should reconnect by itself.

If after the end of the maintenance window your NBN has not reconnected, please reboot (do NOT factory reset) your NBN equipment/modems by turning the equipment off, count to 5, then power back on. It can take up to 15 minutes for the NBN equipment/modems to fully reboot and reconnect.
