Good afternoon,

Our voice engineers have been investigating the phone system outage that occurred last Saturday; a root cause has been identified, and some system-level changes have been proposed to prevent future occurrences.

On Friday the 5th of December, from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM, these changes will be implemented.

As part of this maintenance, the phone system will need to be restarted; downtime of up to 15 minutes is expected during the above window.

Phone systems should return to normal operations no later than 5 AM. If you encounter any problems on Friday morning, please submit a ticket by emailing support@emutel.com.au, or by calling us on 1800 368 835, option 3 for support.
