Resolved

At 8:50 PM tonight, SIP accounts began to de-register, and were failing to re-register.

This issue was identified immediately by our after-hours team, and work began on a resolution.

Critical diagnostics data was first extracted, then the issue was resolved at 8:55 PM.

This diagnostics data has revealed a potential cause; a permanent resolution is being investigated as a priority.
