Hi all.

NBN will be performing overnight works to upgrade hardware on the Satellite network. During this time, you will be unable to connect to the NBN service.

If after the NBN maintenance is complete and your NBN does not reconnect automatically, please reboot (do NOT reset) your NBN equipment by powering it off and on and waiting 15 minutes for the equipment to reboot and reconnect. If after this time your service has still not come back up, please call EmuTel support on 1800 368 835.
