On Thursday 9 October 2025 at 9 AM, we will be completing internal fax system maintenance. This maintenance window will be open for two hours, but the maintenance itself is only expected to last a 5-10 minutes.

Inbound faxes may not be received during this period. Outbound faxes are expected to be able to be sent with no issue.

If you send outbound faxes via email, please begin using our new domain - fax.emutel.com.au

For example, if you were to send a fax to 0259255760, you would've previously used the below format.

0259255760@fax.thecore.net.au

Moving forward, you will need to use the below format.

0259255760@fax.emutel.com.au
