Hi all.

As part of EmuTel's continued efforts to provide the best possible phone service for regional Australians, we are conducting an upgrade of the backend phone/PBX system. This upgrade is designed to increase the reliability, stability, and security of your phone service from service interruptions and security threats, and therefore also lessen the number of times maintenance is required.

The maintenance has been scheduled for 2am Saturday 13 May to minimise any disruption to your service.

If when you go to use your phone system next you encounter any issues, please power cycle your phone/s by removing the power cable from the handset, count to five, then plug back in (for cordless handsets press and hold the red call end key until prompted to reboot). Allow up to 5 minutes for the phone to fully reboot and reconnect to the EmuTel network. If you are still encountering any issues after this, please reach out to us on 1800 368 835.
