Thank you for your patience while we make critical improvements to the EmuTel Network, if you have any questions related to this issue please don't hesitate to respond to this email or call us on 1800 368 835.
This planned maintenance is designed to improve the reliability and durability of our NBN connections.
During this change users will go offline for up to 30 minutes, after which normal service will resume. Should services not come back up after this change, please reboot the Router and/or the NTD which should restore service within 15 minutes of this reboot.
This change will result in a new Static/WAN IP being assigned to your connection. This may affect remote access/VPNs and cloud programs used at site, please liaise with your IT provider to ensure downtime is limited.
Our network team will monitor this work closely and send an additional advisory note should the maintenance activity need to be rolled back or extended.
