NBN will be performing an upgrade to software on the Satellite network on Saturday the 25th of February from midnight until 6 AM on Sunday the 26th of February. During this maintenance activity, you will temporarily be unable to connect to the NBN network. Once the maintenance is complete, your connection to the NBN should restore automatically.
If it does not, please reboot (please do NOT reset) your NBN equipment by powering the equipment off then on again. It can take up to 15 minutes for your equipment to reboot and reconnect to the internet.
If you continue to have issues reconnecting to the internet after the maintenance window, please call us on 1800 368 835 so we can troubleshoot.
