Next week we will be completing maintenance affecting some NBN services.
On Tuesday the 28th of October, your public IP address may be changed. These updates will be completed outside business hours, from 7 PM to 12 AM. You may experience a period of downtime of up to 30 minutes. If you are affected, next week you will receive a direct email from support@emutel.com.au with further information specific to your services.
All services are expected to come back online automatically by the end of the maintenance window. If you are without internet after 12 AM, please power your router off and back on again. If you are still without internet, please raise a ticket by emailing support@emutel.com.au.
On Thursday the 30th of October, we will be migrating all services to our new backhaul carrier. These migrations will also be completed outside business hours, from 7 PM to 4 AM. You may experience a period of downtime of up to one hour.
All services are expected to come back online automatically by the end of the maintenance window. If you are without internet after 4 AM, please power your router off and back on again. If you are still without internet, please raise a ticket by emailing support@emutel.com.au.
