Resolved

At 4:40 PM this afternoon, SIP accounts began to de-register, and were failing to re-register.

This issue was identified immediately by our team, and work began on a resolution.

The issue was resolved at 5:10 PM.

This diagnostics data has confirmed the cause; a permanent resolution will be deployed in steps over the weekend and early next week.
