Good morning,

At 11:40 AM on Saturday morning, SIP accounts began to de-register and fail to re-register.

At 11:45 AM, the issue was identified and work began on a resolution.

At 11:55 AM, the issue was resolved.

The cause has been identified and steps have been taken to prevent this problem from recurring.
