Good afternoon,

At 11:30 PM on Tuesday night, SIP accounts began to de-register and fail to re-register.

At 6:30 AM on Wednesday morning, the issue was identified and work began on a resolution.

At 6:35 AM, the issue was resolved.

The cause is still being investigated as a priority. Steps will be taken to prevent this problem from recurring.
